Each individual may hold only one registered account on ak8 at any time. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep this information up to date. Required information includes:

• A valid Bangladesh mobile number that you personally own and control.
• A unique password that meets ak8's minimum security requirements.
• Your full legal name and date of birth, which must match your identity documents if KYC verification is requested.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. ak8 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact ak8 support immediately at [email protected].

ak8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account if it has reason to believe that the player has breached these Terms, provided false or fraudulent information, operated multiple accounts, or engaged in any activity that is illegal or contrary to fair play. Upon closure for breach, any balance attributable to fraudulent or prohibited activity may be forfeited in whole or in part at ak8's sole discretion.

All bonuses and promotions offered by ak8 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms disclosed on the relevant promotion page or in the account notification at the time the offer is presented. Where a wagering requirement applies, the player must complete the required rollover before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. ak8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time if it determines that the offer has been misused.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general wagering rules apply to all ak8 bonus offers:

These tools include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders that alert players when a defined play session duration is reached; cool-off periods; and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion may be set for a defined period or permanently. Upon termination initiated by you, any real-money balance remaining in your account after satisfaction of outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time. ak8 may terminate these Terms and close your account immediately without notice if you have breached these Terms or if ak8 is required to do so by applicable law or a competent regulatory authority.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the applicable legal framework. ak8 encourages players to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting the support team at [email protected]. ak8 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a final resolution within 28 days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
